Manufacturing process of artificial formwork
1. Raw material cutting:
The raw materials are cut according to the original incoming ayer. The raw is cut according to the fixed layer thickness flat rotary cutting, and the layer with the same example is cut according to the size of the template, and the magazine on the layer surface is removed. The magazine can affect the bonding fastness of the later adhesive.
2. Drying treatment:
The layer after cutting and rotary cutting contains more points. Therefore, for large-scale production, we need to enter drying treatment through material drying machine. The ⽊ layer after drying is brittle. Therefore, we need to keep it for 2-3 days to ensure the toughness of layer. In a small number of cases, we can take the sun into the sun for treatment.
3. Gluing and laminating treatment:
The building formwork formed by stretching is made of multi-layer plates glued and bonded in by gluing type. A special glue roller is set to pass the plate through the glue filling machine, and the front and back of the plate will be evenly coated with glue layer. The plate coated with glue layer will be placed on the⾯ template on the surface of the formwork and evenly spread 9-11 layers (as required).
4. Hot pressing processing:
The formwork layer laid by gluing shall be flattened by hot pressing. In the traditional heating, the boiler is used for heat transfer and heating, and the modern equipment room is used for electric heating. After flattening, the compactness of the building formwork can be increased, the molding is more regular, and the quality of the formwork is improved. Adopt the technology of pre pressing first and then hot pressing to minimize the dislocation rate of blank plate, and then apply reasonable pressing and temperature hot pressing to ensure that each building formwork has excellent bonding strength and hardness.
5. Painting, trimming and packaging treatment:
After hot pressing treatment, there will be a small amount of dislocation and irregular edges of the inner plates of the building formwork. The excess plates will be cut and sprayed with anti-corrosion paint. The anti-corrosion paint is an important factor to ensure the service life and storage time of the building formwork. The building formwork has the advantages of light weight, bearing heavy load, making the bottle convenient, the surface smooth, anti-corrosion and so on.
